Maritz is a leading performance improvement agency and well respected in the incentive industry.
I project managed an employee incentive programme for BT plc which increased sales revenue, in the engineering dept, above all expectation. The success of the programme was instrumental in the launch of other online redemption programmes being rolled out to other non-sales divisions.
I project managed the development and launch of a pan-European training website for a worldwide IT company, AMD Processors. The programme, which included fun interactive digital media was supported with in store collateral and high-tech prizes. Increased awareness to staff in various retailers was overwhelming. |
